The fear of judgement and the need of approval of others stops us from expressing our soul's originality. This 1 hour reiki session focuses on healing and clearing your throat chakra. The throat chakra is overlooked yet, it is so important! This session is great if you would like to connect with your spirit guides and receive messages at ease. Or if you do not feel safe expressing your truth and your authentic self. The throat chakra is also connected to our creativity. So this is great if you are wishing to reach your full creative potential! During this session I will focus on your throat chakra and your specific intentions. The ease and clarity of expression begins with yourself. When in balance you may then easily express yourself to others.

The session will be completed in 1-4 business days and a full report will be sent to your email address. ALSO included with your Reiki session, you have an option of 1 oracle card pull, journal prompt, or a personalized affirmation. This will help your reiki healing by expanding the experience. Each session is done remotely. Before I begin I ensure that both our spaces are protected and safe.

What is reiki?
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique that promotes overall wellness. Broken down "rei" means universal and "ki" means life force energy. Reiki helps find balance in each individual's mind, body, and soul. This amazing practice helps promote relaxation and helps release tension. A practitioner guides universal healing energy to the recipient, which automatically initiates natural healing.

What can you expect?
You may feel a deep sense of relaxation during and after the session. There will be a detox period that may last up to 7 days. During the detox toxins in your body may be released including feelings or mindsets that no longer serve you. You may physical pains such as a headache or stomach ache. As well as emotional detox that signify the release of emotional toxins. These are all signs that the healing is taking place.

How often do you need reiki?
To help ensure best results a minimum of once a month is recommended. In everyday life we face many situations or individuals and unwanted energy may linger. So to feel balanced with mind, body, and spirit.
